Return Policy
At LamoreWear, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs or import fees.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

Trying on an item for size is allowed; wearing it beyond fitting is not permitted.

Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes of the same product in order to return part of the order are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:

Submit your return request by emailing support@lamorewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier or fulfillment partner, which may be located outside your country (including China).

Ship the item back at your own expense. This includes all shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
LamoreWear is not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during shipping.
3. Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived at the return address and has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval.

The refund will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be partially issued or denied.
4. Liability & Responsibility

LamoreWear is not responsible for packages marked as delivered according to tracking information.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or international shipping carriers.
